Staged With Style offers several different options to sellers wanting to have their home Staged.

Option 1 – Consultation

This option is for homeowners who want to do their own Staging but need some Professional guidance. First we will do a thorough walk through of the home, taking notes, photos, and measurements. Then Staged With Style will prepare a detailed report for the sellers that will include a step by step guide on how to properly Stage each room of the home, for a quick and profitable sale.

Option 2 – Implementation

This option is for homeowners who would like Staged With Style to do all of the Staging work for them! With this option, we will visit the home to discuss the rooms you would like done, take photos, and measurements, and then prepare an estimate for Staging the property. The services included with this option are de-cluttering and depersonalizing, furniture arrangement, accessorizing, and providing rental accessories when needed. Staged With Style can also arrange for small or large home repairs and improvements. The goal is to meet your time and budget needs, we can do as little or as much as you like!

Option 3 – Staging Your Vacant Home

This option is for the homeowner who has already moved from a property and would like to have their vacant home Staged. It’s been proven that vacant homes sit on the market longer than homes that are furnished. With this option, we will visit the vacant home, take photos and measurements, and prepare an estimate for Staging the property with rental furniture and accessories that are owned by Staged With Style. Rental furniture and accessories are leased to the seller on a month-to-month basis.
