What is a Professional Home Stager?

A Professional Home Stager is someone who has been trained and certified to prepare a home for sale.  While many Home Stagers have a “natural eye” for home decorating, the training they receive takes them a step further.  This training teaches Stagers how to properly balance and arrange a room’s layout, how to draw floor plans, how to choose and blend colors that compliment each other, how to properly accessorize a room with appealing accents, window treatments, and lighting, and how to de-clutter and depersonalize a space to make the home more marketable.
